Intentional breathing sustains our ability to stay in balance,
to increase our inner awareness and to raise our vibration.
The breath is the key to staying in our heart center which is the place in ourselves that creates the best life!
You will learn many different breathing and energy patterns that will help you achieve and maintain inner balance!
Bring a journal and pen.
You will be taking notes to practice these at your convenience.
Doors open 15 minutes before class!
